A New Orleans restaurant featuring rustic, creole fare located in the burgeoning Jersey City neighborhood of Bergen Lafayette. We pay homage to the culinary delights of the best food city in America.
We exude the vibrant, flavorful, and unique atmosphere of New Orleans, with a focus on hearty, indulgent dishes that draw from the city’s diverse culinary traditions. All of our dishes are cooked to order (NO LARGE BATCHING HERE). We pride ourselves on inclusivity, to that end we offer a multitude of vegetarian dishes(red beans & rice, Lion's Mane BBQ mushroom Po Boy as an example) and gluten free options (all of our crispy dishes - nuggets etc - cornmeal used not flour), jambalaya, creole salad w/ the protein of your choice, to mention a few.
A place where you can enjoy a shrimp po boy served on a soft, yet slightly crispy French bread (from Leidenheimer Baking Co., NOLA), complemented by fresh, plump, and seasoned shrimp lightly battered and fried to a golden, crispy perfection or a refreshing creole salad adorned with blackened fish.
If seafood is not your destination, you can enjoy a succulent roast beef po boy, a true New Orleans classic, offering an indulgent, savory, and hearty experience that perfectly captures the essence of Southern comfort food.
All to be followed by possibly the most famous dish New Orleans birthed, the beignet, a beloved New Orleans treat that perfectly combines lightness and indulgence. It is a deep-fried pastry, traditionally served hot and dusted generously with powdered sugar.
